Nico Erasmus and Joe Visagie are the founding members of Sinowatek.
Nico has an honors degree in civil engineering from the University of Pretoria, South Africa. He has held a number of executive positions in the engineering industry, most recently General Manager: Operations at Aveng Manufacturing Duraset. Nico has extensive experience in the development and commercialization of new products. The engineering of processes and facilities to manufacture industrial products on a commercial scale is Nico's passion and the drive to solve problems motivates him to excel.
Joe has extensive experience in the development and commercialization of new products. He has held executive positions in the engineering industry, including Marketing and Technical Executive at Aveng Manufacturing Duraset. Joe has a degree in mining engineering from the University of Pretoria, South Africa and has a passion for inventing, designing and building the equipment necessary for new product manufacturing processes.
